Cancellation Policy: We value your time and commitment to our services, and we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. To ensure smooth and efficient scheduling, please take note of our cancellation and late arrival policy: 1. Cancellation: -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. -If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible via email (simorahome@gmail.com) to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly. -No Refund: Please note that all fees are non-refundable. 2. Late Arrival: -We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. -If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment duration. However, please note that your session may be shortened to fit within the remaining time if we have subsequent appointments scheduled. -If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you may be subject to a rescheduling fee. 3. Rescheduling and Fees: -If you need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to make new arrangements. -Rescheduling within the 24-hour cancellation window may result in a rescheduling fee. 4. No-Show Policy: -If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be subject to a rescheduling fee. 5.
