6063-T6 Alloy, Sigma Welded

Window members are extruded from 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with all joints and corners sigma welded, then dressed smooth — one continuous frame instead of fastened parts.

Questions Buyers and Specifiers Ask Us

Answers written by the people who cut, weld and glaze the units — not a marketing department.

Start with premium solid aluminum frames and a high quality finish and you eliminate years of costly, time consuming maintenance. Aluminum will not swell, warp, rot or crack, and it carries larger glass areas on slimmer profiles than wood or vinyl of the same span.
All window members are 6063-T6 extruded aluminum with every joint and corner sigma welded. Welded corners behave as one continuous section, so the frame stays square under wind load and transport instead of relying on screws or crimps that can work loose.
No. We do not cut down trees or use petroleum products to build our windows and doors. Aluminum is infinitely recyclable with no loss of properties, which makes a welded aluminum frame one of the lowest lifecycle-impact options on the market.
Wood windows and doors must be painted or sealed to survive the environment, which adds to total lifecycle cost. Even with diligent maintenance they can still swell, warp and crack with age, especially in coastal humidity and high-UV exposure.
Two: flat and long leg. Both use roll formed aluminum framing with 16 x 18 charcoal fiberglass mesh held by a vinyl spline, and both are retained with traditional screen clips so they can be removed for cleaning without tools.
A polyamide or poured-and-debridged barrier separates exterior aluminum from interior aluminum, interrupting conductive heat flow through the frame. You get a lower U-factor, warmer interior frame surfaces and far less condensation at the perimeter of the glass.

What They Say

Chosen by Builders Who Cannot Afford a Callback

Choosing the window and glass door system for a project is not as simple as it used to be. Frame material, thermal performance, glass make-up and hardware all interact — and the wrong combination shows up as condensation, sticking sashes or a failed inspection. We help you get the combination right before anything is cut.
